I noticed there are too many public web sites that lack the basic user experience. In this campaign, I going to publish list of these web sites and I will discuss why. I will start with very famous web sites such as STC and SABB web site, because I really dissatisfied.

Registration form:
- If you make any mistake, i.e. there is any validation violation, the form will be cleared and you have to enter the same information again.
- There are some English text, meaningless, seems to be a debugging information appears in the top of the form
However, the form is simple that is good thing.

Upon my registration, it seemed there was something went wrong, and I received a message saying "Thank (null) you information has been successfully saved…"
In order to complete my registration I had to send an email to the customer services, and it took a week to get my account up and running, the reprehensive kept asking me for some information one piece at a time ex:
Email1: Please send us your national ID number (residency number)which consists of 10 digit so we could serve you better .
Email2: Your registration has not been confirmed yet. So, please send us your phone number which should be registered under your name. Afterward, we will contact you to confirm the registration.
Email3: Sorry. Your subscription is not confirmed yet. So could you please send us all of the information which are related to your subscription. Such as your (ID number), hint question, (accounts numbers), and your( phone number) which is registered under your name. Then we are going to contact you to follow the subscription up so you can utilize the site services or you can follow up the instructions to confirm your subscription via electronic site .
Email4: You are successfully logged to the site; now you can enter and utilize the site services.
Email5: The user name is (usrname) .For security reasons, STC Online has created you a new password. After your first login to STC Online you could change your password.
